QuickCard

This simple method gives each person a QuickCard (similar to an ID card) with a Quick Response (QR) code imprinted on it. Wave the QuickCard in front of a computer/tablet camera and the individual is instantly logged in. The QuickCard’s QR image contains an encrypted code which takes the place of a username and password. ClassLink designed the QuickCard to work from any device with a camera, including laptops/desktops, Chromebooks, iPads, other tablets, and mobile phones.

Faces

Using facial recognition technology standards, ClassLink can enable individuals to sign-in by taking a selfie. A simple photo, pre-loaded and verified using state-of-the-art recognition software, generates valid, reliable user access. As with ClassLink QuickCard, Faces will work on any device with a camera, including laptops/desktops, Chromebooks, iPads, other tablets, and mobile phones.

SSO Buyer's Guide

In collaboration with Tech & Learning, this ClassLink Guidebook shows how using a Single Sign-on platform can help overcome educational challenges and create efficient access. Although a discussion of login technologies can easily be a deeply technical conversation, that is not the tone of this Guidebook. This document is meant to engage all leaders in education, instructional and technical, in a conversation about eliminating hurdles to digital resources.
