That’s simple! The ClassLink Academy app is assigned to users in your ClassLink Management Console (CMC) environment. With three ClassLink Academy apps to choose from, one for admins, one for instructors and staff, and one for students, there’s something for everyone!
Once the app is assigned, ClassLink Academy can be launched from a user’s LaunchPad account on any device. Happy learning!
Adding courses to your ClassLink Academy course listing is as easy as 1-2-3! All users, including admins, instructors, staff, and students, have a Course Catalog with role-specific learning experiences.
Note: ClassLink Admins have all customer courses available in their Course Catalog.

Complete a course! Yep, it’s that easy. Earn ClassLink certifications by exploring course content and passing course quizzes or exams. ClassLink Academy offers ClassLink Associate and Expert certifications and micro-course certificates too!
ClassLink Academy is organized into thematic anthologies made up of micro-courses. Micro-courses are our bite-sized but thorough courses that require only 5 to 20 minutes to complete. Within our anthologies, you can discover both ClassLink and third-party vendor courses on product configuration and usage. Check out topical courses in the ClassLink Academy Toolkit where you can explore topics like cybersecurity assessments, ADA compliance, social media, and more. Wowza!
With any course you take, rest assured that you’re getting the most accurate information out there. All courses have a subject matter expert in the respective field who contributes to the curriculum. Talk about brain power!
We’re all ears when it comes to how to improve your experience! Our course surveys allow you to submit your ideas for new learning experiences, tell us what you enjoyed in the course or just rejoice in learning. Each survey is reviewed by ClassLink’s Learning Design team, so that new learning experiences can be adapted to your preferences. You can also share your thoughts and collaborate with other ClassLink users through discussion forums!
Absolutely! Each ClassLink user is automatically entered into our quarterly gamification competitions. You can earn points for every login, course completion, discussion post, and more! We even offer prizes to our top players so make sure you get your game on!
