ClassLink College Scholarship Program Open For Applications
Leader in Instructional Technology Supports Higher Education

WEEHAWKEN, NJ, March 24, 2008 -- ClassLink — the future of instructional technology— is pleased to announce the opening of The 5th Annual National Contest, ClassLink’s College Scholarship Program.

ClassLink’s College Scholarship Program is now open to applications from high school seniors at participating ClassLink schools.  Two graduating seniors who plan to further their education at a two or four-year college will be eligible to earn a $1,000 scholarship in the 5th Annual National Contest.

Started in 2004, the ClassLink College Scholarship Program is an annual award given to the best and brightest among the ClassLink network of schools. Each year, students are asked to respond to a timely essay topic.  For example, last year’s topic asked students to comment on the classic Margaret Mead quote, “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful committed citizens can change the world. Indeed it is the only thing that ever has.” Scholarship selection was based upon written essay, school record including activities, and recommendations. The $1,000 gift may be applied to tuition, fees, books, room & board, or any other educational expense.
